iResearch：网址导航网站用户具有高黏性

根据iResearch艾瑞推出的网民连续用户行为研究系统iUserTracker的最新数据显示，2007年7月，网站导航类网站月度覆盖人数为6141万人，占全体网民的一半左右，在所有网站类别中排名第九。而人均月度访问次数达24.5次，在所有网站类别中排名第三，仅次于综合门户和搜索引擎，人均月度访问天数也以9.1天紧随综合门户及搜索引擎，排在第三位，用户黏性明显高于其他类别网站。
根据iUserTracker用户属性数据显示，网站导航用户中，虽然19至30岁的用户占了55%，但在用户结构上，18岁以下及36岁以上用户所占的比例高于在所有网民中的比例，月收入在2000元以下的中低收入用户所占比例也高于在所有网民中的比例，职业分布上则集中在文职、工人等非专业技术类的职位。
艾瑞市场咨询分析认为，导航类网站对那些刚接触互联网以及对互联网应用并不十分熟悉的用户更具吸引力。由于互联网信息的海量性，刚接触互联网的用户需要有工具来协助他们找到所需要的。虽然搜索引擎能更精准的找到信息，但对使用者有一定搜索技巧的要求。而网站导航的使用门槛比搜索引擎更低，更适合初接触网络，对互联网不熟悉的用户。虽然导航类网站的总用户数只占网民的一半，但是用户访问频率很高，忠诚用户所占比例较大，可见导航类网站对这部分网民上网起到了有效的帮助作用。
艾瑞分析认为，从导航类网站的主要功能及用户构成来看，导航类网站应将更多的资源用在保留现有用户以及吸引新接触网络网民，可从以下三点着手：
信息简洁准确
导航网站相对于搜索引擎的优势在于提供的信息简单明了，省去了用户在复杂的搜索结果中进行再次选择的过程。由于用户群对互联网的不熟悉，导航网站提供信息的准确度以及简洁性对用户体验有最直接的影响，对留住用户起关键作用，因此不应追求大而全的模，而是以优化信息提供方式为首要任务。
差异化特色
目前导航类网站同质化现象比较严重，缺少自身特色。虽然用户对导航类服务黏性较高，但在同类网站之间的转移成本相对较低。如果网站不能形成自己独特的竞争优势，则难以在同质化的市场上取得领先地位。
周边功能开发
针对导航类网站用户群的特点，从初学者的角度出发，开发更多协助上网的周边功能。例如增加类别介绍及各种常见互联网应用的使用方法。这将更好的吸引新网民使用网站导航服务，帮助新网民快速了解互联网，为互联网的普及起积极作用。

It's a hard day.......
When I have the trainning of GoogleAds, I want to make a try and view the Analytics Datas. So I used a website of my to create a googleAdsense on yesterday' night . When I went home ,I clicked the Advertise three times on my page site , It's pleasure , I got $0.22 !
Today , I viewed tens of sites , about our Company's Description、Productions 、 Partners and Competitors , It's great to understand a lot of Marketings

I have viewed a lot of sites about our company, but my English is not very good , I can understand the major content, but not details. So,I want to improve my Englist experience, this week , I will buy a English Dictionary to remember more words and Classic Statements!
